Individual Therapy

Personalized one-on-one therapy sessions designed to help you move beyond coping and into lasting change. Our therapists blend talk therapy with trauma-informed and nervous-system-based approaches, giving you tools that not only bring relief but also help you build sustainable patterns of calm, clarity, and self-trust. Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.

So much of life is spent moving, chasing, striving and doing. And somewhere along the way, we forget how to listen to ourselves. You may be carrying expectations of who you “should” be or you’ve found yourself stuck in patterns that don’t feel right anymore. Therapy is an invitation to slow down and really ask yourself: Who am I, beneath all the noise?

I strongly believe that healing begins not with fixing, but with remembering the parts of you that have been hidden, silenced, or tend to hijack your system. Think of me as a partner in that process who provides perspective, curiosity, and space for the conversations we may not get to have in everyday life.

We’ll gently explore what’s been keeping you stuck, how your past still lives in you today, and the future you’re longing to grow into. We’ll use tools like mindfulness, IFS, CBT, and solution focused approaches to help you notice patterns, build resilience, and create change that feels aligned with who you are. Our work might invite stillness, reflection, and sometimes discomfort. But it will also lead to clarity, resilience, and a sense of coming home to yourself.

I work primarily with individuals aged 16+ who are ready to break free from patterns that have been holding them back living a life with greater balance and ease. My clients are frequently those who others depend on for strength and support, while inwardly feeling unsure of a space to work through their own feelings of sadness, anxiety, disconnection, and burnout. Often, not leaving space for themselves.

In our work together, I provide a warm, compassionate space where you can set aside others’ expectations and utilize the time to focus on you. We’ll look at where the patterns come from, how they’ve shaped your experiences and ways they continue to show up in your life. My approach is collaborative, non-judgemental and trauma-informed. I blend evidence-based practices into my work such as incorporating distress tolerance skills, creating a space for emotional depth and growth, challenging stubborn thought patterns while thanking and acknowledging the parts of you that continue to show up. This combination allows us to address both the practical skills you need for day-to-day coping and the deeper emotional work that supports lasting change.

I believe therapy is an ongoing process of evolving. It’s about encouraging reconnection with the self and who you are beneath the stress, expectations and overwhelm.
